About this tool
Calculates transparent gender pay gap metrics (mean, median, variable, quartiles) entirely in your browser. Individual salary rows are never uploaded or stored by BizNavi.
Reporting metrics
Compute mean, median, variable-component, and quartile shares from aggregate or local CSV inputs.
Informational screening only. Not legal advice or a compliance guarantee. Confirm national transposition and official guidance before acting.
Privacy: calculations stay in your browser. BizNavi does not upload, store, or log employee names, IDs, emails, or individual salary rows.
Optional CSV is read locally only (sex, ordinary pay, optional variable pay). Clear local data when finished.

Mean gap % = (mean male − mean female) / mean male × 100. Median gap uses the same structure on medians. Variable gap uses mean variable pay by sex.
When at least four usable rows exist, ordinary pay is sorted and split into four bands; each band shows female/male share.
No employee-level persistence. Analytics may record only tool, locale, start/complete, record-count band, and aggregate result category — never raw pay values.
Category-level gaps for official reporting may need richer HRIS extracts. This calculator does not assert legal compliance.
No. CSV parsing happens only in your browser session.
Mean male ordinary pay exceeds mean female ordinary pay under the encoded formula — not a legal finding.
They are ignored for gap mathematics; only female and male rows with finite ordinary pay are used.
No. Use official methodologies and advisers for statutory reports.
