Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Sekimosoft合同会社 (Sekimosoft LLC), operator of BizNavi Hub, processes personal information in connection with the Platform.

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may process the following categories of information:

• Account data from Google sign-in (such as name, email address, and profile image supplied by the identity provider).
• Tester application data: display name, contact email, country, preferred language, platform, device model, OS version, occupation or use case, application reason, and agreement/consent timestamps.
• Google Play account email when you apply for Android testing programs that require it (stored separately from your contact email where you provide both).
• Mission, test report, and survey data: structured responses, product and language context, pass/fail results, issue descriptions you choose to submit, and completion timestamps.
• Certification and benefit records: certification status, locale, benefit start and end dates, duration in years, lifecycle stage, suspension or reactivation reasons entered by administrators, and audit references.
• Technical and security data: session identifiers managed by the authentication system, server logs, and audit logs with sanitized before/after payloads.

Do not submit the following in applications, reports, surveys, or comments:

• Passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, JWTs, or other secrets.
• Real customer names, postal addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses of third parties.
• Billing, banking, or payment card information.
• Confidential business information you are not authorized to share.

Reports include an explicit warning before submission. We may redact or reject content that appears to contain prohibited data and may suspend participation if misuse continues.

• Operating authentication, accounts, and role-based access (applicant, reviewer, admin).
• Evaluating and managing tester applications and human review workflows.
• Assigning missions, collecting structured test reports and surveys, and supporting certification decisions.
• Recording Hub-side benefit grants and lifecycle states (active, inactive, suspended, revoked).
• Manual Google Group provisioning workflows in Phase 1 (see Tester Terms).
• Security monitoring, fraud prevention, audit logging, and legal compliance.
• Communicating about your application, testing duties, surveys, or certification status.

We use infrastructure and authentication providers necessary to run the Platform (for example, hosting, database, and Google OAuth). We do not sell personal information.

Reviewer and administrator roles may access application, mission, report, and survey data strictly for program operations. Access is logged where audit features are enabled.

Google Group membership for testers may be processed using email addresses you provide; real group addresses are not displayed publicly on the Platform.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate tester programs, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Certification, benefit, and audit records may be retained for compliance and operational history even after participation ends.

The Platform is available in English, Japanese, German, French, Dutch, and Spanish. Users may apply from eligible countries stated on each tester program. Data may be processed in Japan and on servers used to operate the service.

If you access the Platform from outside Japan, you acknowledge that privacy laws in your jurisdiction may differ. We will implement additional measures where required before PROD launch in specific regions, as determined by the Operator.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information subject to legal exceptions and ongoing program obligations. Contact us through the published Operator channel. You may withdraw from a tester program where the Platform provides withdrawal flows; some records may remain for audit purposes.

We apply role-based access controls, validation on mutations, audit sanitization for secret-like fields, and industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective version will be posted on the Platform with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
