1. Operator and service
BizNavi Hub (“the Platform”) is operated by Sekimosoft合同会社 (Sekimosoft LLC), with its registered place of business in Japan (“we”, “us”, “Operator”). The Platform is a tester acquisition and management service for BizNavi products.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and—if you apply to or participate in a tester program—our Tester Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Scope — what this platform is and is not
- The Platform manages tester applications, reviews, missions, reports, surveys, certification status, and Hub-side benefit records.
- The Platform does not operate as a general social network, marketplace, or crowdfunding platform.
- CAMPFIRE campaigns, Founder programs, and other crowdfunding or founder-facing offerings are separate services. Participation in those programs does not automatically grant tester status, certification, or Platform benefits unless explicitly stated in a dedicated agreement.
- BizNavi Hub benefit records describe tester recognition within the Hub only. They do not, by themselves, change paid app entitlements, Play Billing subscriptions, or store purchase state.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You may sign in using Google OAuth. You must provide accurate information and maintain control of the account you use. You must be legally able to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, legal risk, or violation of these terms or applicable tester program rules.
4. Languages and international users
The Platform interface is offered in six locales: English (en), Japanese (ja), German (de), French (fr), Dutch (nl), and Spanish (es). Tester programs may recruit for a specific language and eligible countries; you must apply only to programs for which you meet stated eligibility.
Until localized legal text is published for a locale, the English version of these documents applies. Where local law requires additional disclosures, we will address them before directing users in that jurisdiction to PROD services.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to admin functions, other users’ data, or non-public APIs.
- Do not submit secrets, credentials, tokens, or unnecessary personal information about third parties in applications, reports, or surveys.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, device, country, or eligibility.
- Do not interfere with Platform operation, security controls, or audit systems.
6. Service changes and termination
We may modify features, program availability, certification limits, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or other reasonable means before they take effect where practicable.
We may suspend or discontinue the Platform or specific programs for maintenance, legal compliance, security, or business reasons. Tester-specific consequences of suspension, inactivity, reactivation, or revocation are described in the Tester Terms.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, certification, or specific product outcomes from testing.
To the extent permitted by law, Sekimosoft合同会社’s aggregate liability arising from the Platform is limited to direct damages and excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential losses except where non-excludable by law.
8. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
Questions about these Terms may be directed through the contact channel published on the Platform or via the Operator’s official business contact for Sekimosoft合同会社.
