Split mode

What Split PDF does

Split PDF lets you extract selected pages into a new PDF, or split every page into its own file. Processing runs in your browser with no conversion upload to BizNavi Hub.

How to split a PDF

  1. Choose one PDF file.
  2. Pick extract mode (page list) or split every page.
  3. Enter pages such as 1-3,5 if extracting, then run Split PDF.
  4. Download extracted-pages.pdf or split-pages.zip when ready.

Split modes

  • Extract pages: build one PDF from a range or list (for example 1-3 or 1,3,5).
  • Split every page: produce page-001.pdf, page-002.pdf, … packed as split-pages.zip.

Local browser processing

Conversion runs client-side. BizNavi Hub does not receive PDF contents for this split step. Leaving the page clears in-memory files.

Limits

One PDF at a time, with size and page caps so browsers stay stable. Encrypted or damaged files may fail.

Common use cases

  • Pull a chapter or appendix out of a longer PDF.
  • Share only selected pages from a report.
  • Export each page as its own PDF for printing or archiving.

Limitations

No OCR, Word conversion, password removal, or complex rule-based splitting in this version.

Yes. Core splitting does not require an account or a rewarded ad.
Are my files uploaded?
No. For this tool, processing happens in your browser and PDFs are not uploaded to BizNavi Hub for conversion.
What page syntax is supported?
Single pages, lists, and ranges — for example 1, 1,3,5, or 1-3,5,8-10.
What do I get when I split every page?
A ZIP named split-pages.zip containing page-001.pdf, page-002.pdf, and so on.
Why did split fail?
Common causes are encryption, corruption, invalid page numbers, or exceeding size/page limits.
