The calculator annualizes your request volume, multiplies by stages and active minutes, then applies your hourly cost. Automation % estimates how much of that active labor might be recoverable. Waiting hours, if provided, inform lead-time only.

  • Annual requests = monthly count × 12 (or yearly count as entered)
  • Annual approval actions = annual requests × stages
  • Annual labor hours = actions × minutes per stage ÷ 60
  • Annual labor cost = labor hours × hourly cost

Passive waiting hours are never converted directly into monetary loss in this MVP.
