Application dates

The Data Act applies from 2025-09-12. Reduced switching charges may cover only directly linked costs until switching charges are prohibited on 2027-01-12. Service fees, early termination penalties, and switching charges stay separate. Notice is at most 2 months, transition is at most 30 days, and retrieval is at least 30 days.
