This checker asks whether a construction product should be reviewed under Regulation (EU) No 305/2011, Regulation (EU) 2024/3110, or a transition. The main application date does not migrate every family. If the harmonised specification or the family status is missing, the result is a transition review.

A confirmed family can show a 2024 review, a 2011 review, a transition review, likely out of scope, or a required review.

Dates used in this screen

Regulation (EU) 2024/3110 entered into force on 2025-01-07. Main provisions apply from 2026-01-08. Product families still move one by one, and the 2011 regulation is scheduled for repeal in 2039. A roadmap target around 2027-Q2 is not a legal deadline.
