The planner keeps three approved time facts: entry into force on 2025-01-07, main application from 2026-01-08, and an eventual repeal of the 2011 regulation in 2039 without an invented day. Family migration and passport timing stay a transition review or a pending delegated act. The roadmap quarter is shown only as a non-binding target.

How results work

Confirmed steps can be on track. An unconfirmed family or specification is a transition review. An unfixed passport step is a pending act. Missing declaration, environment, or traceability is an evidence gap. A missing plan step is an action. An unknown working step is a specialist review.

Dates used in this screen

Regulation (EU) 2024/3110 entered into force on 2025-01-07. Main provisions apply from 2026-01-08. Product families still move one by one, and the 2011 regulation is scheduled for repeal in 2039. A roadmap target around 2027-Q2 is not a legal deadline.

Only 2025-01-07, 2026-01-08, and the repeal year 2039. The roadmap quarter is not stored as a legal milestone.

What if the family specification is unknown?

The plan stays a transition review. It does not assume the new framework.

Does this store drawings or declarations?

No. Only the selected categories and the ruleset version can be saved.

Can the application date move every product?

No. Families migrate individually. If the harmonised specification or family status is missing, the result stays a transition review.
