CPR-2024 strengthens the declaration of performance and conformity, including environmental sustainability characteristics where they apply. This screen looks for identification, the harmonised specification, essential and environmental characteristics, technical documentation, the assessment route, CE marking readiness, declaration availability, and instructions. It does not invent declared values.

Who should use this

Technical and quality teams preparing a declaration without calculating performance numbers.

How results work

Located records can be ready. A missing record is an evidence gap. An unknown route is an assessment-route review. Unknown environmental applicability is a specialist review.

Dates used in this screen

Regulation (EU) 2024/3110 entered into force on 2025-01-07. Main provisions apply from 2026-01-08. Product families still move one by one, and the 2011 regulation is scheduled for repeal in 2039. A roadmap target around 2027-Q2 is not a legal deadline.
