What this checks

CPR-2024 provides for a construction passport that must work with the ESPR passport framework. It may hold the declaration, general information, instructions, technical documentation, the label, unique marks, and other Union documentation. Access levels can differ, and information must stay accurate. Duties become mandatory only through delegated acts. A roadmap around 2027-Q2 is not that act.

How results work

If the product-specific act is not fixed and records are still open, the result is preparation. If the act is not fixed and records are located, the result stays pending. A fixed act with a missing record is an evidence gap. Unknown facts stay in review.

Dates used in this screen

Regulation (EU) 2024/3110 entered into force on 2025-01-07. Main provisions apply from 2026-01-08. Product families still move one by one, and the 2011 regulation is scheduled for repeal in 2039. A roadmap target around 2027-Q2 is not a legal deadline.

Does every construction product need a passport now?

No. This screen does not say that. Mandatory duties follow the delegated-act mechanism.

Is 2027-Q2 a legal date?

No. It is a Commission roadmap target for delegated-act work, not a binding requirement.

Does this store drawings or declarations?

No. Only the selected categories and the ruleset version can be saved.

Can the application date move every product?

No. Families migrate individually. If the harmonised specification or family status is missing, the result stays a transition review.
