How results work
All recorded protections, with AI not applicable or yes, return ready. A no returns an evidence gap. An unknown core item returns review required. An unknown AI indication returns specialist review.
Key date
Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 applies from 2027-01-20 and replaces Directive 2006/42/EC. Products placed on the EU market before that date remain under the applicable transition rules. Results are readiness screening, not a conformity assessment.
