Documentation owners preparing instructions and the technical file before 2027-01-20.
How results work
All yes bands, with a known format, return ready. A no returns an evidence gap. An unknown format or unknown item returns review required.
Key date
Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 applies from 2027-01-20 and replaces Directive 2006/42/EC. Products placed on the EU market before that date remain under the applicable transition rules. Results are readiness screening, not a conformity assessment.
