Annex VII covers apparel, clothing accessories and footwear. Large undertakings from 19 July 2026. Medium-sized undertakings from 19 July 2030.
No disposal approval
Do micro and small enterprises fall under the ban?
Article 25(1) does not apply to them. They still must not be used to circumvent the ban.
What if the product is not clothing or footwear?
If it is outside Annex VII, this prohibition may not apply.
