Manufacturers, data holders, users, recipients, SaaS vendors, and data processing service providers or customers are screened separately from a public-sector body.
Connected products
Connected-product access is treated as likely only when a matching role and an EU-market signal are both present. Otherwise the area stays weaker or unknown.
Cloud and data processing services
Cloud switching and interoperability rise when a cloud or data processing service is indicated. Charge timing is explained in the switching and cost tools.
Limitations
Likely relevant is not a finding that a duty applies, and likely not relevant is not a clearance. Official EUR-Lex and Commission pages remain the source.

Does this tool say we comply with the Data Act?
No. It returns likely relevant, may be relevant, likely not relevant, or insufficient information.
When did the Data Act start to apply?
The encoded dates are entry into force on 11 January 2024 and general application commonly cited as 12 September 2025.
Why might CRA appear?
Only when you mark a connected product. Cloud-only screens do not add the CRA tool.
Is Polish indexed?
