What the planner checks
The only milestones are general application on 2027-07-10 and the specified delayed categories on 2029-07-10. No Member State deadline is invented. The cash control uses the EUR 10,000 baseline and still asks for a national-rule check.
Who should use it
Programme leads who are sequencing work across the obliged-entity programme through 2027 and, where relevant, 2029.
How results work
A delayed category opens the 2029 review first. If the national-rule check is not recorded as known, the result is check national law. Missing policy, function, cash, training, or readiness is action required. Missing risk, due diligence, or retention evidence is an evidence gap.
What this checks
Regulation (EU) 2024/1624 applies generally from 2027-07-10. Article 3(3)(n) and (o) categories apply from 2029-07-10. The regulation is directly applicable, and a Member State may keep a stricter rule where the regulation allows it. The EU large-cash baseline is EUR 10,000 and linked transactions count. A gambling figure of EUR 2,000 applies only to the specified activity.
Official sources
Dates come only from Regulation (EU) 2024/1624. Delegated or implementing acts, AMLA guidance, Commission notes, and stricter national cash rules are monitored and do not rewrite the plan by themselves.
Limitations
On track means the listed programme steps are recorded, not that the firm is clear of duties. The planner does not invent a national filing calendar.
